Dominant 7th With Lowered 5th

This chord is formed by moving the 5th note of a dominant 7th chord by one fret lower. It is also done by lowering the 5th note one fret while adding it to the dominant 7th chord. This is often written with -5 or dim after the dominant 7th key like D7-5, C7dim, E7-5 and etc.

Dominant 7th With Raised 5th

The position of notes is similar to the above mentioned chord except for the raised 5th note. That is, moving the 5th note by one fret higher. This is also called dominant 7th with augmented 5th. Hence, It is written with +5 or aug after the dominant 7th key like A7+5, D7aug, G7+5 and etc.
